A weekend 1-1 experience at Crystal Sound Sanctum provides an opportunity to ask all the questions in a safe and supportive space.

You'll gain both the confidence and comprehensive knowledge of crystal singing bowls while also exploring how to weave these beautiful instruments of resonance into soundscapes layered with gongs, shruti box, chimes, drum, bowl harp and secret sounds you will love to know about.

No more guesswork, no more uncertainty - just clear, practical guidance and advice combined with our passion and personal experiences.

Our training weaves together sacred sound and sound science principles and demonstrated practical skills where you will:

• Learn about the Alchemies and their crystal properties and how to select bowls in the chords and cent ranges that are the foundation of beautifully harmonised sets

• Master the art of playing, caring and travelling with your Alchemy™ Crystal Singing Bowls

• Develop your unique sound signature – toning with your bowls

• Tuning with other instruments of resonance and demonstrations including gongs, shruti, bowl harps and metal singing bowls to create powerful yet gentle meditations that really connect

• Demonstrations with regards to live amplification and recording and an introduction to a home studio set up

• Explore the art and tech of field recordings on a guided nature walk to create a unique foraged soundscape souvenir

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your investment includes comprehensive training materials, ongoing mentor support and sign posting to certified additional training in sound therapies, gong mastery and voice spectrum analysis.

Refreshments are included and available throughout the sessions, including hot and soft drinks, vegan snacks and lunch.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Rail links from London are hourly and a direct train is just 1 hour and 25 minutes to Paddington.

If you are driving address details are supplied on booking. Private parking is available.

We recommend booking any overnight stays at the Stroud Hotel.

For other local accommodation recommendations please enquire about lodgings including home stays. If you wish to extend your stay to explore the Cotswolds, we will be delighted to suggest an itinerary.

Stroud is famous for its Saturday Farmers’ Market, so take the time to try some delicious flavours from the many artisan stalls and explore the local cafes and restaurants.

EXPERIENCE

You do not need to have had any prior experience of sound healing or participating in a gong bath to reap benefits, enjoyment and precision skills from this training. All will be provided in terms of bowl sets and a wide variety of beautiful instruments of resonance.

You are welcome of course to bring all and any instruments you have should you wish to explore sound combinations with your existing collection.
