From there, select the note that aligns with your intention from the full range of chakra major tones from C through to B to the more subtle sharps in between. Next, choose your frequency: nature's healing 432 Hz (cent range -11 to -50) or the miracle tone of 528 Hz (cent range -11 to -50). Finally, consider the octave. Most notes are available in the 4th octave, with many also offered in the grounding 3rd or the uplifting 5th.
